Why Are We So Distracted???

Why are we so distracted???! It's crazy how the enemy can, oftentimes unnoticeable, use the mind to produce stress and doubt; to make us question God's will for our life. So many live with Jesus from their lips, but live without Jesus in their hearts. Many of us live a life wandering aimlessly, consistently rejecting a lifestyle built on the Word of God, which is dangerous people!!!!!!! There is a reason we harbor pride, grudges, anger, hate, depression, insecurity, worry, doubt, thoughts of suicide and so much more - oh but football is on, "The Real" is on, "Power" is on, "Mary Jane" is on, blah blah blah. Who goes swimming and expects not to come out wet or smelling like the water??? The same goes for what we are we allowing to feed our spirit man that's crying out for the RIGHT attention???? We CANNOT expect to come out unscathed by our every day surroundings. So what are you spending most of your time doing and with who?????? I ask: 'How is that going?'

Even the more, it's crazy how many of us fail to fulfill our true destiny in Christ because of FEAR. Fear of rejection, abandonment, loneliness, ridicule, pain, sacrifice, lack, death...fear of letting go and letting God! Our God is NOT the God of fear (2 Timothy 1:7). That's the realm of flesh and emotion which leads to death (John 6:63); A life governed by flesh and emotion will ALWAYS keep you on the fence or double-minded (A double minded man is unstable in all his ways. - James 1:8); stagnant and questioning what's right instead of what's TRUTH (Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. - John 14:6) - inevitably causing you to abort your true calling/purpose in life every time! God created us to be His children who are lead by the His Holy Spirit (Romans 8:14, not just any and every spirit (Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world. - 1 John 4:1).

You need comfort that'll NEVER fail (But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. - John 14:26)???? There is a true comforter ("And He, when He comes, will convict the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment;" - John 16:8). You need wisdom (If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. - James 1:5)???? Are you lacking in some area you don't know how to fulfill on your own (And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus. - Philippians 4:19)??????

Seek the Lord in the name of JESUS!!! You're not going to get closer to the one true living God, who heals and restores, by rejecting Him and sitting in your sin; living in Christ outwardly but shacking up with the devil inwardly (For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. - Romans 6:23); We CANNOT conquer what we cover or do not confront. Hiding sins only helps us to stay the same. One small spark can turn into a major flame. We will never get away with this kind of living. Judgement is near. REPENT!

Build your life on the foundation of the Word of God (Jesus - Revelations 19:13); Jesus saves (Acts 4:11-12). Jesus answered, "It is written: 'Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God (Matthew 4:4)."" Allow the Holy Spirit to lead you towards peace and truth (John 16:13). Do NOT allow the temptations of this world to kill your destiny, steal your mind, or destroy your relationship with God through Jesus Christ (John 10:10)!!!!!

"Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness. Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up." - James 4:8-10
